Why can't beauty and health products be returned?
A list of hygiene products that cannot be returned or refunded (this list is not exhaustive): beauty products/devices that touch the skin, underwear, bikinis, makeup, hair styling products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety very seriously and therefore do not accept returns of beauty and health products to ensure the safety of all our customers. We are not alone in this; other beauty and health product providers do not allow returns for the same reasons.

Return:
If you have any complaints or are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days, provided it meets the return conditions listed at the bottom of the page. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 14 days.

Please note that return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the consumer and are not reimbursed by Viarla. Since we ship directly through our supplier, our return address is also in China, and return shipping costs can be up to €28 per package.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to use the product, we may pass this reduction in value on to you or refuse the return request. Therefore, please handle the product carefully and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Returns can be made in 4 easy steps:

  1. Please send us an email stating the reason for the return and including any photos for clarification. Click here to contact us.
  2. Then fill out our cancellation form. Click here to open the cancellation form.
  3. After receiving the return, the purchase amount will be credited to your account within 14 days.

Please note that some goods are excluded from the right of return, e.g. custom-made items, consumables, hygiene products, opened cosmetics and damaged or incomplete items.

Please note! Returns to China can be very expensive! Up to €28.

Please note: If the package is not accepted or collected, it will be automatically returned to the supplier, and we are entitled to deduct € 15 from the amount you receive as compensation.
