Shipping information

All important shipping information at a glance:

- Processing and production time until shipment: Please allow 2-5 working days for the processing and production of your order until the time of shipment.

- Tracking number: You will receive your tracking number immediately after processing and production are complete. It takes approximately 1-3 days for the tracking number to appear on the tracking page.

Additional shipping information during the COVID-19 pandemic

We are fortunate to have strong partnerships with our partners in China, which has greatly helped us maintain our operations as effectively as possible during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. Since February 2020, we have been working diligently to keep pace with the changing global supply situation and are utilizing all available resources to make adjustments where possible to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible.

Shipping time: All products require between 5 and 12 business days from the time of shipment. Shipping is free and is handled by DHL and similar shipping providers.

Unfortunately, despite our efforts, pandemic-related delays may sometimes occur, which are unfortunately beyond our control:

1. Before the goods are shipped

- Various areas may be temporarily affected by lockdowns or service disruptions (including ours here in China), so packages may be held up for a while at the respective carrier in the country of dispatch (in the worst case, 2-5 additional working days on top of the normal processing time).

Lockdowns may cause the supply of production-critical materials for your products to be suspended for a certain period of time (in the worst case, 2-5 additional working days to the normal processing time).

- We in China may ourselves be affected by renewed business restrictions due to lockdowns; staff reductions or temporary total closures cannot be ruled out (no accurate prediction possible).

- If there are any changes regarding the delivery address, please contact us via our contact form.

2. After delivery of the goods

- Various areas may be temporarily affected by lockdowns or business closures, therefore packages that have already been sent may remain with the respective delivery company for some time (in the worst case, 2-5 additional working days on the normal shipping time).

- Due to the sharp increase in online order volume combined with reduced staffing levels, customs and import stations, where you may have to pay import duties, are also under greater strain than usual, so processing your import may take longer (in the worst case 2-5 additional working days on top of the normal shipping time).

- Lockdowns may mean that personal delivery to your doorstep is no longer permitted due to the risk of infection; packages will then increasingly be left at your local parcel station and will remain there until you pick them up or until delivery is permitted again (no precise prediction possible).

- Cargo space and route availability of airlines will only slowly return to pre-pandemic levels (in the worst case, 2-5 additional working days to the normal shipping time).
