Standard shipping typically takes 7-9 business days. We use trusted shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely.

No, we only ship within Germany.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the shipping provider's website.

If your product is damaged during shipping, we will send a new package free of charge the first time. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. If the second package is also damaged, we will refund the full purchase price.

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding with the refund and return.

When a package is delivered to your door or left at a post office, Viarla has covered the delivery costs. If the package is not accepted or not collected from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the delivery service, and we are entitled to deduct €15 from your refund.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Hygiene products, such as beauty devices, underwear, bikinis, makeup, hair styling products, etc., cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons. This policy is in place to protect all our customers.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Please send us an email to service@viarla.com with the reason for the return and any photos.
  2. Please fill out our cancellation form.
  3. After receiving the return, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 14 days.
  4. Please note that some items are excluded from returns, such as custom-made items, consumables, hygiene products, opened cosmetics, and damaged or incomplete items.

Please note that return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursed by Viarla. As our return address is located in China, return shipping costs can be up to €28 per package. Please ensure the product is carefully packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
