Defective product?
How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport. In this case, we always send a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot offer a refund. If it arrives damaged the second time, we will refund you the full purchase price.
Lost package / returned package?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before proceeding with the refund and return.
Delivery when you are not at home or at the post office
If a package is delivered to your door or left at a post office, Simplies has covered the delivery costs. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the delivery service, and we are entitled to deduct €15 from your refund.
